We begin by locating a region with existing economic activity but lacking technology investments.

1. Equip

We partner with local community to identify beneficiaries and provide equip them with machines tailored to their production needs.

2. Track

Monitor key metrics such as revenue growth, job count, and product output to validate the model’s success.

3. Reinvest & Expand

Continue supporting companies to scale further, while identifying new beneficiaries in the region to grow impact.

The impact of a Sewing Machine

A talented tailor in Shama, Alfred lacked his own sewing machine to work on his clients’ clothes. Even though he rented one in a studio every few weeks, he had limited production capacity.
